Our team members possess unrivalled experience, when it comes to contract documentation and administration, project management and troubleshooting complex building issues within the remedial sector. With over several decades of combined experience, you can be confident you’re dealing with a team of professionals.

Forensic analysis and invasive investigation are our core competencies. We pride ourselves on finding the ‘causes’ of issues in buildings and then provide a remedial solution. The types of issues we assess include leaking roofs, corrosion, balustrade defects, waterproofing and glazing framed defects. Plus – replacement or remediation of aging roofs, and ‘whole of building envelopes’ due to moisture ingress. Our services extend to building condition/defects audits, dilapidation surveys, and technical and options reports. This allows our clients to strategically plan their maintenance expenditure on their building over the coming years, in order to protect and maintain assets for owners and investors.
